Ben, there's 2 bens, was amazing. I came in wanting a specific car, the new 2025 kona Nline full electric. He sourced it, registered and got it delivered to my door with 3 weeks. Excellent service, friendly and full of great knowledge.
Was just about to buy a Hyundai Kona Electric from Marshal Hyundai Worcester Car Dealership and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly honest and upfront – no hidden anything! They answered all my questions thoroughly and made the whole car-buying process a breeze. Unfortunately, the car we liked was reserved online while we did a test drive.nnHighly recommend checking them out!
I had the 4 year service undertaken today for my Ioniq 5, very easy to book, and everyone I dealt with on the day was very helpful and friendly. I had a waiting appointment, the car was ready when they said it would be, and they did some outside doing recalls as well. Great service!
Thanks to Charlotte & James in the Service Dept. Super friendly and helpful. Helped us track down the service history of a car we’d bought. Worked their way through the issues caused by it changing from a private plate and database permissions - they didn’t have to help us, but so glad they did. Thanks you. Good customer service. Much appreciated.
Purchased a brand new car in Aug 2024, has had a fault since 8 weeks old. Failed to fix on two occasions - had to take to a different garage. Terrible customer service from branch manager & service manager. no compensation for all the troubles of two break downs on road side. In the end they offered me a free service if I dropped my complaint! Lots of lies , false information, failure to provide my own personal details under a subject access request.. have had to resort to legal action as no one in that branch seems to know how to deal with customers adequately!
