We purchased a car and had all the finance and paperwork sorted the same day. We drove away in our new car 2 hours later. This was great for us as we had traveled over 100 miles to get the car we wanted. Can’t remember all the staff names, but they were all very helpful. Thanks Motorline Worcester

best dealership i have dealt with. Other dealers were not interested in helping. Chris at motorline got me finance and i was able to collect the car within a few days

AVOID THEM!!! A star rating is too much. We booked an appointment with this garage through Carwow website to do a test driving and buy a Hyundai i20 on the same day. We travelled 70 miles from Leicester with the only purpose of getting the car advertised but we couldn't get it because they sold it the day before. As you can imagine we were ABSOLUTELY GUTTED to find this out once we were there. We cannot believe that nobody phoned us in advance to advise this particular car wasn't available anymore. Instead a complete LOSS OF TIME and UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst of all, person responsible for this sale was the branch manager, who were we supposed to complain?

Purchased my car through Motability back in December. Love my Tucson as gives a really smooth drive. The information provided by the staff was a little hit and miss with regards to the Motability side of things.
