Had to give a star so that would be for the coffee! Bought a brand new car that had faults. Was lied to by the manager who is no longer there & had to take legal action before they finally did something about. I then had a replacement car which took them 4 months to register in my name! I've just read in the local paper that it's closing. Not surprised. If you want a Dacia go to Sutton Park Group at Warwick.
All good before hand, after that a long time spent sorting out problems and getting them put things right. Just under two years from getting the car new everything was put right. Wrong parts ordered, damage caused to my car from their poor work, bodge jobs and a lot of time and visits wasted. Would not recommend at all if you want to have good after care. You'll need to take time off work to chase them and get them to rectify anything.
Unable to give zero stars or I would. I strongly suggest the staff including the service and site managers go on some sort of customer service training. They are rude, obstructive and lazy, not to mention they fail to detect major faults. Take your car and your money elsewhere. I am quite frankly amazed that Renault UK allow them to continue to run a franchise!
Agree with the first comment "happy to take your money" after a sale your in no mans land, poor customer service and very rude. The staff need re training and a customer service course, they have no interest in what you have to say to them unless your waving money in their faces, disgrace.
1 star as I am unable to give 0. Happy to take your money, Not happy to do anything else. Missed a Major fault during service. customer service are unable to live up to that name. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else.
Decided to give Dacia a try for a car for a close family member and was welcomed and informed thoroughly of everything. A pleasant and seamless experience.
Great range of new and used cars. Very competitive prices.
Not very good at returning phone calls, they give the impression that they don't need the business
In my opinion I experienced nothing positive.
