Matt & Dan and the team at Monarch Car Sales.....well what do we say!  Purchased my car from them via advert in Auto-trader.  Their service is amazing - totally not pushy and friendly.  A great long test drive and the car was prepared to an excellent standard - they even got all the alloys refurbished!  I would definitely recommend these guys - keep it up .... made the whole car buying experience a pleasure.  And....yes, its six months on and still as pleased as ever with my car!  Five Stars!

Great service Excellent cars
Monarch cars are the best dealership I’ve dealt with . Bought a Mercedes Benz from them. I had a problem with it . They sorted my car out with no problems what so ever. Very friendly and approachable team. If you are looking for a quality car 🚘. With excellent after sales give these guys a go . You won’t be disappointed. Well done Monarch cars . I will be buying all my cars from you now.

Having tried other second hand car dealers we have only praise for Matt from the moment we sent an email to enquire about a car right up to walking away with a date to pick it up . It was a pleasure to see a sales person spend the time to  help my disabled wife get into the car and answer her questions with a smile like nothing was to much trouble .

I got a land rover discovery 3 from monarch and what a lovely car. Dan and Matt are so helpful I had the ECU light come on took it to them thay plugged into it told me it was the EGR valve.thay booked in to there work shop  straight a way no questions asked and did the repair to my car  at no cost to my self . I would  highly recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a high-class secondhand car both Dan and Matt are two of the  nicest car salesman I have had the pleasure to deal with I will be using this car sales again when the wife is due a new car  thay will go out of there way to help no matter what  thank you Dan and Matt

My husband and I have just purchased a Golf GTD from Monarch Car Sales. No sales pressure at all from Matt; just a really nice guy wanting to find the best car for your individual requirements. I have to say that the service we have received both prior to and following collection has been exemplary. On collecting the car Matt talked us through all the controls in detail. Great service. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
