From start to finish, excellent experience buying my new used A5 cabriolet. I live four hours away and found the car online, so wanted to make sure it was a quick experience on the day I went to pick up the car as I had a long drive home. Colin was fantastic. Answered all my questions over the phone. Picked me up from the station having come in on his holiday, and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. I will definitely use Worcester Audi for my next purchase even though I have two other Audi dealers on my doorstep. Highly recommended!
An excellent experience from beginning to end of buying my first used approved Audi A6. Very accommodating from planning a test drive route for me to put the sport suspension to the test and also de-badge of the tailgate before valet and paint protection applied. Well looked after by Chris and led to a stress free purchase.
I bought my new car from Chris Saunders and collected Friday! I could not be more pleased with the car, and the service I received from Chris was another reason why I continue to stay with Listers, He’s been incredibly helpful, kept me updated along the way. Worked to the price point I wanted , Was not pushy, and having that honest and open approach to sales made the whole process and pleasure and I’ll be back with Chris and Malcom for the next car in three years!!!

From the warm welcome by Bridget on reception, through to confirmation of order everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I visited a number of dealerships whilst trying to purchase a vehicle and Listers Audi Worcs was a pleasant surprise and an enjoyable experience.
My overall experience with Worcester Audi has been somewhat positive, until I bought my most recent car in July. My A1 gave up the ghost, so I found a SEAT Leon in another Listers dealership in Coventry. Getting this transported over to Worcester wasn’t a problem. There was even a little ding on the back of the car which they managed to pull out before I picked it up. As soon as I picked the car up, it was like Worcester Audi weren’t interested in me. Whether this is because I bought a SEAT from and Audi garage maybe? Not sure. I asked for the dash cam hardwire kit to be removed from my A1, and I had a number plate holder too that I also asked to be removed, as the car was left at the garage, and I haven’t seen them. I was also promised to have some new number plates made up, as I have a personalised reg, and again, I didn’t have access to my A1, and I haven’t seen those either. I tried emailing and calling to see whether I could have my items back, but no-one replied to me, or returned my calls after I drove the car off the forecourt. I just feel that unless you’ve bought an Audi from them, they’re not bothered. I felt completely shunned as the sales staff seemed completely disinterested in me. I know that a hardwire kit and number plates can be easily bought, but the fact that I was promised my property back, and then nobody bothered to even answer my calls is just poor. Wouldn’t recommend the garage anymore unfortunately, which is a massive shame.
I recently purchased a car from Listers and had the pleasure of being presented with a phenomenal salesman. Arif Hussain went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we required. Arif had fantastic attention to detail and was extremely knowledgable when enquiring about the vehicle. With a turn around of 24 hours I am completely gobsmacked by the high level of customer service I received. From first entering the showroom to leaving with the car, the whole process was entirely faultless and easy. Arif had a fantastic personality and was so joyful to be around, his personality is infectious! Could not recommend more, Arif was honest and straight forward about any additional services and talked us through everything, without rushing. I am so happy with my purchase, and to make sure I was getting on okay, Arif personally rang to find out if the car was to my liking, which i thought was a fantastic personal touch. Have only been in a few times but every time the staff have been faultless. Only initially came here as it was near my parents’ house while I was visiting but I’ll definitely find the time and effort to make them my go-to dealership from now on.
Brought an used Audi A3 a year ago and had issues bur the team at Audi always looked after me and tried to resolve the issue with the vehicle, but in the end Colin who sold me the car, helped me get out of that car into another car and help me get a good deal as well. Want to thank Colin and the Service team.
We had the best experience ever at this garage. We had kelly who works here she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond helping us. If ever you go to Audi to buy a car. I would always ask for kelly.
