While the service leading up to my potential repair was good the way the dealership dealt with it I feel was extremely wrong.nnI took my car in for a screen issue in an Audi A5, to be told on the phone a flat diagnostic charge of £150 would be taken to figure out what is causing the issue. 5 hours later my phone rings and I get told now that it’s a £536 job, oh and that’s just to tell me they need to investigate it further. Not only did they say they need more time to investigate but a considerable amount of money more. Upon hearing this amount I scoffed and was shocked, I also heard that my mother, who was dealing with the dealership, was told my car was a money pit and to take it back to the dealership from which I bought it from, again, another huge shock.nnBeing someone who knows a bit about cars I refused the work and had a look myself. To see the parcel compartment and remove the hydraulic pump took me around 30 mins, I found it was wet and we dried it all out, connections weren’t wet at all. We fixed the leak with a couple of washers and lo and behold the screen came back on and is now working perfectly. No thanks to the main dealers.nnThis is as much of a review as it is a warning to people who don’t know much about cars. Make sure to get a second opinion because this Audi dealers were trying to have my pants down. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the service I was given and the £536 bill for which nothing was even fixed.nnMain dealers, more like Main Stealers
I had an issue with my Audi not originally from Audi Worcester, but Georgia Wilson went above and beyond to help me. She resolved the problem quickly, and within a day, my car was fixed and sorted. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she was polite, helpful, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. Her customer service is truly outstanding!nnA big thank you as well to the technicians who efficiently fixed the issue. I really appreciate the excellent service from the team at Audi Worcester. Highly recommended!

I would like to begin by saying that Audi Worcester offers an outstanding service, both in its customer service, and also in its cars.nThe. Customer service I was offered touched upon reception, and sales where I was warmly greeted, offered a beverage, before being shown my new car, and finally sorting any last minute admin. After this I was shown around the car, with its new features, making sure I was comfortable about the new features on it, then finally I was able to drive it home.nThank you Audi for your helpfulness, attention to detail, and making sure I felt very welcome.
