Avoid this dealership at all costs. I am not one to write reviews, but in this case, I need to make people aware of their appalling ‘aftercare’ and ‘customer service’. Since ownership, we have had endless issues and recalls. We’ve not had one successful recall trip; each time the issue hasn’t been fixed and further issues have been created. This requires additional revisits at your own cost and inconvenience. The inability to fix these issues in the garage seriously needs looking at.nnDuring a visit in October 2023, for yet another recall, thousands of pounds worth of damage was caused. A visit, again at my expense and inconvenience, resulted in:nn• the rear LED bar missing pixels,n• the headlights being adjusted dangerously low,n• the SOS emergency module breaking,n• a service was undertaken at the same time and the coolant wasn’t topped up; it was left below minimum,n• the park distance control and sensors stopped working, this was helpful when parking.nnNone of these were apparent or issues before and during the recall. They all occurred afterwards, but incredibly, Listers Seat refuse to accept ANY responsibility.nA few of these issues were fixed in another visit last month again at my expense but two issues remain and Seat hold me responsible for the LED bar and SOS module; these comes in at £2,500!!!nnThe issues occurred when under warranty as well. The service department are incompetent to put it nicely and will say one thing when you’re in the showroom but then refuse to accept responsibility via email or on the phone. I do not trust them.nnThis saga continues for us, but please don’t make the same mistake as me, go elsewhere, it’s not worth the hassle, money or stress dealing with these guys. They will ruin your car.
I had my Seat Leon serviced here 17/4/24, the car was kept for several days until the 22/4/24 when I got a phone call very late in the day from Dan Mcardle to collect my car asap, When I got there I was rushed into signing for work that was not explained to me then rushed outside in the rain to where my car was and quickly ushered off site. The next day I noticed quite a bit of damage on the driverside front door see pic I spoke to Dan Mcardle on the phone and emailed him but his response was they are not liable for any damage see email. As this Car was at end of lease I decided to have the door repaired at my employers cost by a trusted body shop to avoid any penalty’s, the car was returned 29/5/24from the body shop in immaculate condition see 3rd pic. My office was then contacted out of the blue by Dan Mcardle on the 29/5/24 insisting the car be collected immediately and taken to Listers Cupra Worcester for work that they had neglected to do when the car was in with them for the last service ?, the car was then returned at 6.50pm on the same day and the keys were posted through the letterbox we have cctv footage to show the last person in the vicinity of the car was the Cupra Worcester employee dropping it off. Upon my arrival at work today 30/5/24 I noticed the drivers door had been damaged again! see pic in exactly the same place it was damaged last time it went to listers Cupra Worcester although not as severe but still noticeable. Upon emailing Dan Mcardle and a 20 minute phone call with him I got the same response as last time the car was damaged with a “we’re not liable” attitude to cap it all off when I asked to speak to a Manager, Dan Mcardle put me on hold for 15 mins then cut me off. This matter has not been resolved and we are now awaiting the bill from the lease company for the damaged door as the car has now been collected as it is at the end of the lease.nMy advice if your car has to go into Listers Cupra Worcester for work is TAKE PLENTY OF PICTURES OF YOUR CAR AND INSIST ON THEM CHECKING OVER AND DOING A CONDITION REPORT WHILE YOU ARE PRESENT BEFORE HANDING YOUR CAR OVER TO THEM.
Excellent customer service always recieve a friendly greeting, I recommend the hot chocolate . Nelly is brilliant she got us a brilliant deal on both mine and my Husband's car. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely recommend

Listers Worcester found me a less than one year old SEAT Ateca to the exact specs I wanted within 2 days of making an enquiry. They gave me a great deal in PX for my existing car and the SEAT I purchased was, of course, superb and salesperson Nelly was excellent throughout the process.
