My Father is 82 years of age and trusted this dealership after buying several cars in good faith, He purchased a Ford Focus cabriolet off them and has had nothing but trouble with it,thus cost around £2000 to put right. Being fed up of the car he decided to part exchange the focus, He agreed on a price and once my father got all relevant work done to the focus an agreed deal was done for a VW Passat at top money providing they would spray the nearside scratch on the Passat. Since 2 months has gone by,, this dealer refused to buy the Focus back at the agreed price and has not yet done the scratch on the Passat. They maybe a good dealer some of the time but not all the time!!

If you are looking for a good value used car, they have a great selection. They are helpful and knowledgeable too. Give them a try!

Wanted a cheap and cheerful runaround whilst shopping for a new car, and i found Worc.Used Cars Ltd on eBay advertising a sub 1k Renault Megane Scenic with only 79k miles. (massively different to the £1500 plus 100000 miler `bargains` of their competitors) Totally without transport and in a fix i then, believe it or not , based on the description and services offered by the company bought the car `sight unseen` over the phone. I`m a realistic kind of bloke and honestly just expected a `bit of a scruff` that would get me about for a couple of weeks. The car has turned out to be a beaut, - clean, hi spec, all working, and as described driving straight true and very quietly and comfortably (and its bloody quick too) No faults at all ? at this price dont be bloody silly - slight exhaust chuff (openly pointed out to me) Quirky central lock position on one key fob (also fully described before sale) The icing on the cake was the friendly contact and service i got, - the car was personally delivered to me within 2 hours of purchase. You`ve probably already gathered that i`m quite pleased with the car......and that i`d recommend these guys any day of the week.

Great experience. Bought an Astra from them for less then £1000 early last year and its still plodding along. Had a slight issue with a rattling and i assumed to the worse. Took it down to them and was surprised to have them tell me to leave it with them. 3 hours later, i get a phone call, problem fixed when would i like to collect it? What i think i liked most about the salesmen there is that they seem to be really relaxed and aren't pushing or pressuring you and you can make a decision in your own time. Seems like a family owned business, I was a bit unsure walking down onto their pitch because it seemed a little out the way, but it turned out to be ok and the offices were really nice. Seems like they've put alot of working into making it nice for customers. Will defo buy from them again.
