Having always been one to be wary of anything to do with cars, especially buying a new one, I was extremely impressed with how John and the team at Motor Planet went about things. They were professional and welcoming and honestly provide a whole other level of customer service. An unforeseen circumstance (out of anybodies control) occurred with my new car shortly after purchase, but it was sorted out very swiftly without hassle by the team and they made every step possible to ensure that this was prioritized and rectified. These guys really do go above and beyond to help you out and ensure that everything goes as well as it can for you - as an example on several occasions John found time for a phonecall (even on his days off!) to help me with things, even something that was relatively unrelated a week or so after purchase.

I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough - the car I bought is fantastic, the buying process was smooth, relaxing and professional and, above all else, the customer service is beyond reproach. If you're buying a new car, these are the guys you want to be buying from.

My niece traded in  her 1 series BMW against  a low mileage Mini convertible, a cracking little motor, really looking forward to the summer when we can have the roof down.

 John the proprietor was really helpful and friendly, and we had a good bit of banter with him when we viewed the cars on the lot. He was also more than happy to put right a couple of minor cosmetic faults we spotted on the Mini when we finally got round to sorting out the deal, nothing major but when sorted they made the car look really special.

All in all we had a really positive experience and my niece has Motor Planet on speed dial ready for when she is in a position to purchase her next car.

Great service from Jon and the team.  I bought a very sharp Nissan Qashqai off these guys, they only sell good quality cars with 12 months MOT.  Jon even sorted out my tax online before driving it away, to save me the trouble when I got home.  Customer service was above and beyond my expectations.  Would definitely recommend.  Thank you for looking after me. 🙂

Brought a jeep commander from Jon and the team had it for 3 months now apart from a new fuel filter 
Which was cheap the car has been good and Jon will go the extra mile to help
