From start to finish our experience of Premier Automobiles excellent. Our salesman Neil was professional, friendly and helpful and he made the buying experience easy. He talked us through the whole process, ensuring that we had all the information we required to help us decide on the right car for us. Despite being further away than other dealerships, we felt the journey to Premier was worth the extra mileage. Neil's honest, no flannel approach was reassuring and we will definitely go back to Premier in the future. In fact, we will be using their service department for our annual services.
Well there, had to go in for a recall. Which they did, grand, but no free wash or vac as a courtesy for said recall. Shocker. Would go into a more detailed appraisal but it's late and I am watching The Batman. That's 4 stars by the way. Great show. He'd probably wash the car too if he was working for Kia. He's very dedicated.
My experience of buying an ex-demo vehicle from Premier Kia was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. Neil was outstanding from start to finish. I have purchased quite a few cars from dealers and this was a real refreshing experience. At no point was I pressured into making a purchase and each of my many questions were answered accurately and promptly. The car was delivered all the way to the South East free of charge on a transporter and was as new. The delivery driver talked me through the controls of the car and ensured I was comfortable with the car before leaving. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Premier Kia - Massive thank you to Neil!
We have just bought our 3rd car from Mr Neil Whittaker from the Dukinfield Kia site and all I can say is how absolutely delighted we are with the Kia Sportage and the way we were treated from start to finish. I wasn’t sure what car to buy or how much to spend, but Neil’s experience and knowledge took care of that. An extremely relaxed non pushy environment makes you feel at ease right from entering the premises. If you are looking for a New or Used car give Neil a call .
Been in for a service requested to wait was accommodated nice waiting area with complimentary drinks machine & cold drinks everyone was friendly from walking in to leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you guys

First class service delivered by very professional and expert staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish, the process of buying my new car was fully explained with timescales laid out and maintained. The difficulties of buying a new car in the current environment are well documented. KIA made no false promises and delivered within a week of the original ETA of arrival. The final touch of class was delivered on the handover. The car was revealed from beneath a cover, with a huge personal signpost thanking us for purchasing a KIA. Thank you all, especially to Mark our Sales Executive. We are delighted with our car.
