I'd highly recommend Dace German Car Centre to a friend because of the quality of their stock of vehicles at competitive prices. And for their positive, friendly service. Also Jake Clark, who we dealt with, had a great manner and wasn't pushy. The german car centre is definitely worth a visit if you're looking to buy a car. I'm very pleased with the cars my wife and I bought there.

Dace German Car Centre were really helpful and I'd recommend them because everything was easy, from finding the place (I traveled over 100 miles to get there). The communication before I visited was very promptly answered . After seeing the car and test driving it everything was handled very professionally and a decent trade in price for my own vehicle was offered and accepted. All the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Since driving away I have completed over 1500 miles in the car and very happy with the car

Excellent service deans a brilliant lad never pushy know what there talking about cars are reasonably priced I rate them very highly I’ve had four cars of them in the last three and I’m looking at going back for another one couldn’t praise them enough brilliant garage

When buying a second hand car it’s extremely difficult to know who to trust. Everything is challenging, am I getting a good price? Can I trust this salesman or is he lying to make the sale? Is this guy genuine and can I trust him? 

I have seen most examples and I’m sure you have too. I was in the market for something different from the VW/Audi’s I had owned before and I stumbled upon a E92 320D, I called up to speak about it with a salesman at the time and in the end I put down a deposit. 

It wasn’t all clear sailing, when I first got home there were a couple of issues which weren’t the garages fault (in my opinion) there was an arm that wouldn’t retract, an injector leak and an oil leak. I called my salesman up and we discussed this which was eventually resolved. 

11 months later into ownership and I had a water leak (again something that could happen to any mechanical engine) but I had purchased the warranty so I called up and hoped to get it repaired. I was honestly expecting to be told it was ‘wear and tear’. 

This is where I came into contact with Jake and Dean, who both went out of their way to help me resolve the problem to a better resolution than I had first hoped.  Essentially the repairs were covered including going an extra mile for a part that wasn’t fully included in the warranty which will see no immediate commercial gain on their part. Dean listened to my situation and offered a gesture of goodwill for the part done at a 3rd party garage, after Jake had taken time out of his days to organise the repairs. 

I know exactly where I will be getting my next car because I know if there’s a problem we can resolve the problem. 

TL;DR Dace is a garage who will sell you a car and whether it goes 100% right or a bit wrong they will ensure you are happy with the product they provide.
