My first time dealing with Dace and I was very happy with the service. Micah, the sales rep I dealt with was new to the role but handled himself in a professional manner and was very honest. The manager came in and helped were needed and we managed to strike a deal I was happy with. Great customer service and very happy with the condition of the car. Would recommend Dace if your looking for a quality used car.
Sold my BMW through Motorway and was pleasantly impressed to receive a thousand pounds more that other websites. Colby from Dace Motor Company was in touch with me that day and explained all the details for the collection of my car. The car was collected promptly the following day with no problems whatsoever. Again Colby had ensured that the money was paid into my account prior to the car being driven away. The gentlemen that collected the car were polite and kept me informed of when they would arrive. All in all an excellent service.
I would just like to share my experience with Dace. I had been looking for a car for quite some time where I met Tony first who was friendly, knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. I then came back and met Tristan, his customer service was outstanding, his knowledge, patience and commitment was second to none. Really genuine bloke and a great sales man. I was really indecisive but we got there in the end. The sale would not have happened without Tristan’s input and commitment to me. 5 star well deserved! Anna
Having had bad experiences with car dealers in the past, I was hoping this would be a decent experience having viewed the mostly good feedback. I'm happy with my car, a 62 reg Nissan Qashqui, and felt I was initially looked after well and was convinced I'd found a decent place to buy a car from. The car was obviously very new in to the dealership, but was still advertised on the site hence me turning up to view. No mention of quite an obvious bit of bodywork damage to the rear of the car was made on the site, however the salesman told me it would be fixed before I collected the car aswell as a full new MOT. I went through with the purchase and awaited the call to tell me my car was ready. A week or so went by and not much communication, however I chased and was then told I could collect albeit without the bodywork being fixed I was told I could bring the car in at a later date and they would sort it. Upon collection of the car, I got in to find the radio not working and requiring a code which they didn't have. It turns out it had needed a new battery, which in turn had meant the radio had locked. Several things were said to me such as 'oh well you'll have to take it to the dealer' and 'well I'm not a mechanic' by the salesman. I replied that in no way were they going to make this my problem, and I expected to collect a fully functioning car. They gave me a courtesy car, and a mechanic showed up and offered to find a code online the next day. I accepted this and my car was indeed ready to collect the next day. I have since attempted twice to contact to arrange for the car to be returned for the bodywork repair. Messages were left both times and I've decided I'm not going to play this game and will just leave the bodywork damage until I can repair myself. Really happy with the car but feeling disappointed by the service. Won't return in future. Please don't promise things you can't deliver
Be vigilant! Had negative experience with Dace Used Car Supermarket. First of all I had misleading guidance on finance where £600 unwanted 1 year warranty was included and its takes me 4 attempts to recognise it in finance cost - quite unhelpful finance manager. Be vigilant on every step with this dealer. Car has minor body issue - front bumper needs attention. I was assured that issue will be easy fixed and we paid deposit. On a agreed day had a message that car will be ready later than expected. When we arrive to collect the car, unfortunately, bumper looks worse than before remedial, and that "best they can do" - very unsuccessful repair. We offer to Dace that we get car to independent garage for proper repair by competent specialists but has been refused this option. We asked for discount for non comformant service and has been offered £50, where estimate repair £500. After all we waste 3 days and insurance cancellation cost in result of poor costumer service of Dace Used Car Supermarket - be careful when buying car from this dealer!
Top notch car dealer. If I could describe them in 3 words it would be professional, reliable and friendly. Prior to buying a car from here I went through the ringer on Autotrader to find a good car. So it was a breath of fresh air when I stumbled across this company; I decided to pay them a visit based on the amount of great reviews they had online and the moment I stepped foot onto their premises I could see why. On arrival I was greeted by a member of their sales team called Simon Brotherton who went above and beyond to help me find the right car within my budget. He was very transparent and honest which is a rare commodity in the used car market and filed all the proper paperwork diligently after I decided on a car. I even received a call a couple days after I purchased the car to check everything was going well. Great company and excellent service, Simon is a credit to the business.
Got an audi a6 from them, on our way home 2hr away we noticed the high beams didnt work at all. After calling the service department I was told to take it to a mechanic and get any issues invoiced over to them, exactly what I did, the invoice stated 1500£ almost worth of work inc suspension arms that needed replacing all four. I emailed this over to the company and received a phone call back asking ‘why is there so much work to be done’ to which I responded ‘you asked for an invoice im just sending what the mechanic sent to me’. I was then questioned if I myself thought this work was needed??? I responded ‘im not a mechanic, if its on the papers then clearly it needs doing’, my main concern were the high beams which i mentioned to the lady on the service department and I asked ‘why was i sold a car that isnt road worthy, what happened the the AA inspection you say you complete on all your vehicles?’ And the lady responded as if I was dumb, ‘a bulb can go at any time’. Ma’am if it were a bulb i would replace it and not drive 2 hours back for a warranty, i told her its an electrical fault, ended up taking the car back to get the issues fixed. When it came to collecting, they barely specified what exactly they did, said ‘only two arms needed replacing’…mechanic must’ve lied then right? oh and still the main issue they didnt even fix, so here i am with a vehicle where the full beams do not work due to some electrical fault in the car. Disappointed with the service, to sell a customer a car that has such a huge and expensive fault. I usually drive through back country lanes to get home, luckily i found out that the high beams weren’t functioning before i took that route, otherwise i wouldnt have been able to see and drive home safely in the dark if I hadnt checked prior. Especially as a young female who wears the headscarf, I truly feel like I’ve been messed around

From start to finish Tony has made my car buying experience very smooth, stress free and went through all options available. Everyone I have spoken to from Dace has been more than helpful and very responsive! No questions have gone unanswered Nobody here is ‘pushy’ and they do really help. I must add, I did have a few questions after I had bought the car and the aftercare was fantastic – I would highly recommend to anyone who is after a new car to take a visit.
