This store is great. They stock plenty of items for babies at very reasonable prices. I have purchased many items from this shop and I have never had any issues. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are up to speed with their product knowledge. I have recommended this shop to several people all ready.

NEVER PURCHASE from here!!! I purchased a pram here last year. Didn't use it till June 2017. Had many faults with it, including the wheel falling off whilst I was using it. Didn't use the winter covers till October 2017 and have been told that the faults on it are due to wear and tear!! The lady Donna shouted down the phone to me, said I was verbally abusing her, refused to serve me and put the phone down on me. I took it to trading standards and sent the store a letter. To my disgrace, the manager said that his staff felt threatend and basically it's all my fault and it's all wear and tear. They will only be fixing the carrycot. So I have wasted a very expensive car seat cover and changing bag that I have never been able to use. Donna was very nice at first when making my purchase but she soon changed when I said that they don't provide after care. They get away with being rude to customers because they are a small shop. My letter I received was from a David-Lee Samuel, I'm assuming he is the owner or something, he didn't give his title, but there has been no apology from him either. I spent a lot of money on my travel system and I wish I had just gone to mothercare because I would have NEVER been treated like this.

Love ladie works there very helpful but the guy that works there the biggest idiot was meant to get a replacement for something for my buggy in 2 weeks waited 3 months I called up to find out what’s going on he had no idea what I was on about I tried saying it wouldn’t be replaced as it was my thought called up every day for a month to finally get the replacement. The buggy that I bought has so many problems do not buy big waste of money
