I had a wonderful experience at confetti and lace yesterday. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it was really perfect. Brogan was my wedding dress consultant and she was so knowledgable about which dresses would suit my shape. I went in with a few photos of dresses that I liked from their store to try on and Brogan selected all of the ones in my budget and then showed me a few which she thought would look good. In the end I bought one of the ones Brogan suggested which I would probably have overlooked if it hadn’t been for her! She also made me feel so at ease and didn’t put on any pressure for me to purchase a dress that day. 

I was not expecting to buy a dress on my first shop but they have such a huge selection of dresses that I can’t really imagine finding much more elsewhere. 

The dress is going to take 8-9 months to be delivered to the store so I would definitely recommend going there with plenty of time before your wedding.

All in all it was a perfect experience!

I am very upset by the experience I have had at this shop. Without going into too much detail the dress shop had the wrong wedding date resulting in the dress being ordered late, then ordered the wrong dress, got the sizing wrong (but were able to rectify as they had to order a new dress anyway) then made not one but two poor jobs of alterations to the dress (by two different seamstresses). I was told by one seamstress that I was never going to have been able to achieve the desired finish after alterations (a bustle lifting the dress off of the floor completely didn't seem too much of an ask). I was met with a wide range of customer service rating from extremely poor to extremely good. The very rare good service didn't make up for any of the stress caused by this shop and their staff. Them losing my wedding dress which we renamed "the stress dress" two days before my wedding was the nail in the coffin for me. Don't believe these ladies when they tell you they treat every bride like their daughter... I gave them so many chances and I was even told at one point that I was the most gracious bride they'd dealt with given what they were putting me through so I was not their nightmare customer. I ended up wearing my dress because I'd shown so many people pictures of it and I had a lot of "can't wait to see you in your dress messages" but I didn't even want to, it was even too long! A dress shop who can't get a bustle right is bad but one who can't get the length right seems ridiculous! I actually stood on my dress whilst walking up the aisle... I wish I'd believed the reviews when I read them, it's too late for me but hopefully not for you! Pop down to coast and buy yourself a new wedding day outfit like I had to for the evening!

I went for a wedding dress shopping to Confetti and Lace and oh god I was so excited! My first appointment, first time putting a wedding dress on.
I wish I never went there.
The lady who was helping me was trying to squeeze me in dresses 3 sizes smaller.
It was embarrassing. All I could think of was how ridiculous I look in front of my friends and family.
And on top of that her attitude when we were leaving (we didn’t buy the dress, obviously) was horrible.
Avoid at all cost!
Being a Bride, looking for a perfect dress, it all should be special and exciting, not uncomfortable and embarrassing.

Really welcoming environment and Rina was lovely.

Made me feel very comfortable and confident, also put me in a style that I never thought I would look good in and I looked great.

Slightly overwhelmed as it was my first time wedding dress shopping, but didn’t feel pressured to get it there and then.

If i had the option of no stars then I would of picked this option I visited your store today with my daughter, as soon as budget was mentioned we were treated differently. We were rushed through the fitting of the dresses she chose, warned NOT to pick out of certain rails as they were not within budget
My daughters experience in your shop was awful, it should of been an exciting time for her, but your consultant with her “towie” attitude made it less so. As i dont think customers should be called babe all the time. Very unprofessional
We will not be back and would avoid going to this shop unless you have at least 3k plus to spend
