I love the fresh food stalls. They have a large variety of fresh food in the counters. Perfect part food pack you can put together for an event.nnI don't shop here often as it is a fair distance away from home, but when out this way I alwatry to pop in.nnAs all supermarkets have done, the prices have gone up, but still some great prices on the fresh food.nnFantastic fresh bread range, and I really enjoy the in store baked pies.nnLast visit, I hit the right time and managed some bargains in the reduced fresh cream cake section, which went down well at home.nnThe downside is that this is a smaller sized store. If it was a large size, I would probably spend most of my shopping there rather than at a competitors.nnThe freezer section is quite small, but all in all, you can get pretty much anything. I even got my son some workwear in the small clothes section.nnUnfortunately for me, but good for them, my pop in to buy a few bits led me to spend more than I had planned.nnWould recommend to shop and plenty of parking.
I have never earned points with my more card and have asked many assistants. Today I asked again and the assistant was most helpful and it turned out that my app had a different number from my card and I had been earning points. The assistant was most helpful and deserves a pat on the back thank you
Was ok before the remodeling hot food is not all in a box and they don't do hot meal deal anymore unless u buying the separate which costs way more. Mens clothing selection is ridiculous choice of 3 tshirt a vest and 1 line of jeans and 2 lines or hoody. Honestly I'd rather go to asda or tesco. Store assistants are never around and only ever 3 people on the tills might as well of just made all tills self-scan
Called in today purely out of convenience as I really avoid shopping here, and today reiterated why. There were lots of empty boxes/cartons on shelves, especially in the fridges. Lots of out of stock items, and stock bread not rotated in date order. I purchased a four pack of pears and realised when I got home one was quite badly damaged
Very good supermarket. Lots of parking & near an M&S if you need one
