Good quality shoes even better when there's a sale on. Staff are very friendly and have time for you.

The customer service in this shop is superb. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I think the shoes are good quality and I love that a lot of them are real leather for a reasonable price.
I am scared for life the benches had dirt all over and it didn't look like they cared about the customer service. And the measurement devices didn't look like it had been cleaned once, plus When I asked if my shoes were a good it fit the lady said 'I'm not sure'. And the staff wore no masks even though there was a sign out side that said it was compulsory, plus no cleaning between customers. And that concludes my 1 star review. Horrible Do Not Recommend!!
This is one of two shoe shops in Wetherby both are middle to high end Price wise okay You are guaranteed. to have a chance here to get that special pair your looking for all sorts of specials on three or four times a year always well worth a look
Excellent service and a very good range of winter trainers already as well as stylish shoes and boots. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff.
My dad bought me a gift voucher for me from Charles Clinkard for my birthday. I am very upset that I just tried to use it and it has "expired". Where I come from it is illegal for shops to put expiration dates on gift vouchers. This shop has robbed both my Dad and me! Especially during this last year of Covid how can they possibly keep that expired date!
