We ordered a PE TOP, size 9/10 years, but really they cheat us, they just put 9/10years on a large size T SHIRT, and delivered to us. If they don't have stock of desired size, at least they can inform the customer.
So far not received the order I placed nearly 3 weeks ago .. can get it’s a busy time , however no response from several emails I cannot accept ! Still awaiting whether my last email gets me at least an idea of what is happening with this order .. in the meantime my granddaughter has to wear a T-shirt for PE that doesn’t fit or go through lost property to see if there is one she can borrow !
Super friendly and very helpful staff. Even when it's really busy they're always happy and go out of there way to put everyone at ease as best they can. We came here after a bad experience with another uniform shop and we will absolutely be returning for all our uniforms for school and business.
I was really impressed with their website ...very easy to navigate. Their click and collect option is great. I placed my order and know they will contact me when they have it ready. They are understandably very busy at the moment so some items may take up to 21 days to arrive...my fault for leaving it until the last minute. Can't fault them...lovely business.
I recently went to purchase some final bits of uniform from kool kids and when I spoke to the staff the said that they couldn't guarantee that my order would be here by the start of the new school term. They would order it and hope it would. The shop was extremely busy and that staff worked well through serving all their customers. They were friendly, helpful, polite and super approachable.
The staff here are so lovely, and the manager really helped me out with uniform. As a single mum, doing my Master's at Leeds Beckett, being on UC things have been really difficult over the last year. Relying on food banks has not been the best for mental health. So when they staff offered to help cover the cost of my sons uniform I was so overwhelmed. Thankyou sooo much fpr your help. We really really appreciate
Abit rash with my first comment as didn't know there was delivery issues but wasn't the company's fault. I have received both tops and alittle sorry note with top which made me feel bad, sometimes I just need to sit back and remember that we are all having a hard time at the moment with things being made differcult for us.
Fabulous experience every time I visit this shop with my 3 children for the dreaded school uniform refit. We are regulars and the staff remember you, great service with fitting rooms upstairs and lots of stock for local primary and secondary schools. I can't recommend them enough.
Brilliant service. Ordered Friday morning, delivered late Friday afternoon. The only other supplier couldn't deliver for 4 to 6 weeks.
Fab service as always! Thanks so much to the two lovely ladies that sorted my daughters' uniforms today. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
