I went in today with a very very bad ear infection, the staff were very nice but they were all working on one persons perscription resulting in the line being very long and they were short staffed, as always, me and my mum spent 40 minutes waiting for my perscription when the lady said 5 to 10 minutes, (nope!!!) people were coming and going getting their perscriptions, at one point I started crying because I was in so much pain and was so frustrated with having to wait almost an hour for something to stop this terrible pain. It seems that every time I have been there it has always been a long wait, would not recommend parking in the morrisons car park if you're going to boots, you could be there a while

Boots just like the rest small but has all the things you expect from Boots. The photo shop part is great if you want a canvas from your phone ,done this a few times not been disappointed takes about a week. If you have repeat percriptions great they will text you when it's ready the only down side is you could be waiting a queuing a while to get it. The staff are helpful and pleasant with a smile which is always nice to see. Never been disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly. Spacious and light, with good wheelchair access. Recommended.
