Been wanting a red bike for over a year & Dean found me the perfect one. He couldn’t do enough to help me choose a matching locks and fit lights & a dog basket. He even delivered it to my house. Highly recommended, thanks Dean. Top bloke.

I went to Wetherby Bike Shack after a screw on one of our pushchair wheels came loose. Was pointed their way by the hardware shop to find a replacement. Despite our request being out of the ordinary they were extremely helpful and very kind - finding a fit for us. Will be back when my son is old enough for a first bike!
Cycling from York to Ilkley and had a badly catching rear brake. Had to take the pads out. Called in at the shop and a very polite and friendly chap fixed it there and then for no fee. Blown away by that level of service. Not a big job but really really helpful and meant I could cycle down the 1 in 4s in Ilkley.! Amazing shop. Thankyou.
Excellent service. My little boy found exactly what he wanted and he was looking for a very specific bike! Very friendly and a great range of products and services. Even a motivational talk for the little one to get riding without his stabilisers. Brilliant!

Great shop! Owner Dean was incredibly helpful! We managed to part exchange our old bikes against new ones! He was very consultative and never felt like he was pushing us toward more expensive bikes... Highly recommend anyone in the area to visit

Fantastic service today ! I took my sons bike in to be looked at as the chain cover had broken they had one in stock and fixed it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price . Great friendly service
