Rooms and beds were fantastic. Very warm cosy homly feel to them. The only let down I had staying in rooms 3 is that the electric shower didn't get hot at all luckily my friend was in another room so I used his. All in all would defiantly stay again

Little bit overpriced cleanliness could do with a bit of attention and updating the bed... very noisy from the pub next door till early hours

Superb location, sadly let down by noise from the street due to the windows not being double pane insulated. Such a shame but you could hear everything from the street when truing to sleep. The shower was poor, alternating hot and cold with only a trickle of water (this was the private shower). Little things like the kettle lead not long enough to plug in so had to be plugged in from off the floor. Only one bedside table, so again having to reach down to the floor off the bed for my drink etc. In the morning, we popped for breakfast downstairs in the cafe. We had to wait slightly longer due to our breakfast being handed to a different table. They were apologetic so we couldn't complain. Could be better if the shower was improved, bedside tables either side of the bed, longer kettle lead and better sound insulation.

Great value but even better service. Right in the centre of Bowness is a bonus
