We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous Hotel overlooking Lake Windermere. We stayed in the Tower Suite & it was Stunning with amazing views of the Lake! The suite itself was stunning too. Could not fault it at all. Loved every minute. Thankyou to all the friendly staff there for being so helpful & they always had a smile on their faces. Anyone looking for a Stunning Lake View Hotel this is Perfect for you.

The afternoon tea was disappointing. Service was awful, never checked on the table once. It was got my daughter's birthday I ordered a birthday plate which we never revived. Once sandwich was missing of the display. On a plus the building was lovely. Just shame about the food and service. Would not recommend.

Great location but a hotel of 2 halves. Bar/restaurant areas are beautiful then you are lead into what seems a completely different building. Room is shocking very dated with a fire exit door. The TV is very grainey and had to keep turning it off. Definitely wont be staying here again. Room also full of damp patches.

Brilliant, actually five stars!! Huge bath and lovely amenities. Clean and fresh and comfortable with plenty of space. The restaurant is also lovely with brilliant food, a friendly atmosphere and good service too. But most of all this premium hotel is in an absolutely stunning part of the world, were every view is a perfect picture frames by your window. Had a really wonderful night on our honeymoon here!!

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. Hotel is half refurbished whilst the other half is in the 60's. Feel violated that I have booked this hotel. If I'd have knew what I was booking I would have given it a wide birth.
