Absolutely fantastic experience. Approx. 18 months ago I bought this black Citroen Relay LWB van through finance they organised and and I just cannot fault them. Van is going strong, no hidden faults or agendas from seller. Very happy with the experience and thank you Simon for accommodating us on Sunday too as we came from Manchester! That was really nice gesture. Very professional and you can tell when walk in - they love what they do. Not your average car dealer! Thank you

It's pretty clear from stepping on site that this is an enthusiast owned business rather than the usual generic sales forecourt. Indoors, they had a rather nice showroom displaying numerous VW Transporter Camper Vans with various camping/outdoor accessories. The place looked the part. I actually bought a blue Volvo S60 from this dealer (back in 2014). Despite having 90,000 miles and being 6 years old at the time, the vehicle was in showroom condition. I looked high, low, inside and out for any signs of wear on the car and nothing could be found, it really was in showroom condition. It's clear that whoever is sourcing these cars has an extremely keen eye for detail. Also, looking around the forecourt there was a good selection of higher end/sporty cars than the average dealership, so it seems they were selling vehicles that were a bit more interesting than the norm. I used my own finance (CarFinance24/7) at the time, who's paperwork process was a bit of a pain in the arse but Simon persevered with it and the sale went through. Ironically, the immaculate blue Volvo that they sold me was rear-ended the very next day on my way to work. I still have it though, up to 137,000 miles and has been 100% trouble free. Always buy your vehicles from enthusiast dealers such as Vans Today / Cars Today.

I travelled 2 hours to purchase a van from vans today, very glad I made the effort. The purchase experience was very pleasant and the sales staff were professional. More importantly was the after sales, I had a small issue with the van, they delivered a replacement to me, sorted the small issue and returned it. There are few garages these days that look after their customers in this way. I would highly recommend them in every way. Excellent

Terrible Company..... Promises so much on an Ebay ad but soon backs out when you want to complete on a vehicle. They advertised a full valet, a three month warranty, a new mot and a 64 point check on the vehicle and a new service.. When I asked for these things to be carried out prior to me driving up and collecting, the owner said, " it had been valeted a few weeks ago, he could not give any warranty at that price, the service was carried out recently, (actually 10,000 miles ago) and the vehicle would have to be taken as it stands". DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THIS ROUGE TRADER ADVERTISES. Interesting how I taped a conversation with you telling me on our first talk regarding the car, that you said you would offer an engine and gearbox warranty for 3 months, then later when I asked to come and collect the car, you said you could not offer any warranty. It strikes me you say whatever you want when you want. There are too many traders out there making statements on adverts and on the phone and then denying all knowledge. I also like the way you come across all "Mr Nice Guy" below with your comments. I personally having dealt with you after seeing your advertisements and speaking on the phone, would not trust a thing you say.....

Andrew Hamilton I took a gamble, seen a van on line and arranged my own finance and travelled from Edinburgh to get my van. My finance went belly up due to a technical error and before I knew it Simon arranged new finance and I left with a fantastic deal and just the best van for me. It ticked all the boxes. The service was second to none I will have no problem in making the 350 mile journey when I decide it's time for another new van. The guys are fantastic the van was better than described finance deal was better than I had arranged myself. Don't miss out by going anywhere else I can assure you you won't get a better service just 11/10.
