AVOID!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! I would say he's not professional but I wouldn't even associate him with the word. 14 days after I bought the car the gearbox starts making a loud whining noise, I take it to two different garages who tell me the gearbox is failing; one of which is a gearbox specialist. I tell Raymond the owner and he denies all knowledge outright and refuses to help. He even had the audacity to say he "isn't a hire company"! Insinuating I just decided the car wasn't for me and wanted a return. He's not even a company let alone a hire company, he can't even follow simple trading legislations. I've now got to take him to small claims court to get a refund for something he is entitled to provide by law within a 30 day period of buying the car. On top of that the paint on the bonnet is rising after he had it resprayed without prepping it properly. I've given him plenty of opportunities to put it right. I will now have to use a hire vehicle to get to work and I'll be adding it to the claim. These scammers think they can get away with selling cars like this and if anything goes wrong nobody will want to go to small claims because it takes too long. Anybody can be a trader as people have noticed recently but not everyone can be a good one. Unfortunately for Missouri Motors they are bad. If anybody wants any further information don't hesitate to get in touch.
I recently bought a van off Missouri motors, they were very helpful and amenable. Any questions and worries I had over the van they sorted and made right for me, i was happy to pay the asking price. They were easy to talk to and were available to meet both morning and evenings. I can't thank them enough and would reccomend them to any one.
Bought a car unseen from Missouri Motors today, it was dropped off with in a couple of hours, the car was just as described to me, can not fault the integrity or customer service of this company
