Checked online first, and found a car that we liked. Difficult to negotiate the price in store. I was welcomed in to the dealership by the sales agent Mike. He was a calm sales person, was extremely diligent and presented me with all extras and add ons for the vehicle. The sales part was done professionally, the car was serviced and made roadworthy. They offer a 12 month warranty, which is useful if the vehicle has teething problems. A good car buying experience.

Pentagon Manchester Vauxhall garage recently sold me my Vauxhall Adam. It's my first ever vehicle for my mature years. (Usually share with hubby) Steve Wilkinson looked after me and talked me through the various processes. Nothing was too much trouble. He put me foremost on every occasion. It made my first car buy a happy experience. He's full of jokes & offers a mean coffee. Thanks Pentagon!

No matter how little or big your problem, the service reception are always so helpful and will accommodate you without an appointment, if you dont mind waiting. Fabulous service, Free Hot Drinks abd WiFi.

Absolutely brilliant service from booking in to the service and advice, car came back clean too! After my last experience at a different Vauxhall dealer I was dreading getting this done, Pentagon have 
restored my faith! Just brilliant all round customer service, thank you x
