CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO...SHOCKING....I BOOKED A ROOM THROUGH A HOTEL ROOM SITE, IT SAID I COULD RESERVE IT WITH A CARD BUT PAY NOTHING NOW,PAY WHEN I GET THERE....SO I THOUGHT I WOULD PAY CASH ON ARRIVING.....BUT THE HOTEL PUT THE CARD THROUGH FOR PAYMENT HOURS BEFORE I GOT THERE AND IT DECLINED THE CARD DUE TO IT BEING NOT USED MUCH AND IM PAYING CASH....WHEN I GOT THERE AT 10PM THEY SAID THEY SOLD THE ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE,THEY COULDNT CARE LESS...THEY DIDNT EVEN RING ME.HAD TO SLEEP IN THE CAR DUE TO EVERYWHERE ELSE BEING FULL......IT STATES NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN FROM CARD...PAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRAMP OF A MAN BEHIND THE RECIEPTION DESK,LOOK LIKE HE WAS CLEANING THE TOILETS!!!! I WOULD AVOID IF YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED FAIR AND LOOKED AFTER....PLACE LOOKED LIKE BATES MOTEL!!!! IT STATES NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN......SAY WHAT YOU WANT YOUR SERVICE IS RUBBISH....AND THE ADVERT IS FAULSE.... DIDNT STAY BECAUSE I COULDNT!!!!!!!!!!! CANT ADVETISE SOMETHING AND DO THE OPPOSITE...... ITS LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PUT I WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 8PM-9PM.....YOU HAD MY PHONE NUMBER,A SIMPLE CALL OR TEXT WOULD OF BEEN NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to stay to see North Somerset, Rooms are great and the breakfast really sets you up for the day

Very nice and comfortable. Everything provided. No restaurant for evening meal although lots of places to eat nearby.
