We stayed the night before travel and we also stayed after our return flight. On both occasions we found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. The staff were all really helpful and the food was very nice indeed. We're looking forward to the next stay there.

Had a quite room and so had a good sleep. Heating needs looking at as we had to move rooms. Parking is available for holiday vacations too. Airport transfer bus available if required.

Staff young but very helpful. As expected, but a fiver charge for parking in the car park!? (It's on the countryside for goodness sake). Oh ! Just remembered. They initially have me a room that had already been slept in.

Simply awful. Food terrible, no hot water and then the hotel failed to pick us up at the airport; despite them saying four times over a two hour period they were just leaving. Hot water failed during the night ( see other reviews). A simply awful experience.

Problems with payment and invoice took more than 30 minutes. After I left the hotel and went to city centre, I noticed one additional transaction with my payment card. I claimed about that and received money back but I didn't received any explanation or word sorry for that. Rooms were ok.
