So I'm a fairly recent convert to Miller's Citax but boy am I pleased I started to use their services. The people in the office are always brilliant, they are polite, listen to what you're asking and get the job sorted. Same goes for the drivers who are always very friendly and courteous which in these times of austerity that takes a lot of doing, it can't be easy when fuel prices are high, the roads in Preston are a disgrace and people have a tendency to be grumpy and ungrateful when they're not managing their own expectations. The drivers and staff at Miller's always do their best when the odds can often be against them. So from me personally they come highly recommend.
I have used this company over 30 years usually the same service to the train station . Today massive disappointment when I get a call 30 minutes before collection saying he’s running late and I will miss my train , I live 30 minutes from the station, I immediately phoned the office and asked if they had anyone closer , the rudest of people on the phone said “ it’s busy and that’s all there is nothing they could do I will miss my train “ this wasn’t an option to miss the train so I had to take my car park it up and will collect in the morning. I am writing this very annoyed on the train, the reason for taking the train was because I was a guest a very special event and wanted to have a glass of wine without thinking about driving . I made it with 3 minutes. Millers are now deleted as is the app and I am sure there will be some discounted drivers as I always tip very well . They won’t be bother about this bad review but is make me happier .
We recently used their airport transport service. We had a fantastic experience with them. It was so easy to book and they are helpful and punctual. The drivers are helpful, polite and nice. No hassle with the service we used. And their price was reasonable and a very good value for money. Thanks Millers Taxi
I’ve used millers taxis many times before and they’ve always been great. Used them this week due to the icy slippy weather and they arrived quickly and the driver was very polite and chatty. Will definitely be using again and would recommend to anyone in the local area.
Only been living in the Preston area for 6 mths and used Millers twice including tonight and have to say the service is excellent. Telephone personnel quick to answer and professional. Drivers courteous and turn up on time. Highly recommended.
Our driver went "above and beyond" for us on our return journey from Manchester airport, even offering to provide a beverage for us. He was polite, obliging and courteous throughout the trip. Well done Dal, you are a credit to Miller's.
Honestly so grateful for driver 121. I left my phone in his car and he went out of his way to bring it back to me. Everything was as I had left it! He didn’t event charge me. I’m so grateful. I’d defiantly use again!!Service: Limousines
I used Millers taxis a few times a while ago when I was working in Preston. Great service, arrived at time stated, well organised, able to pay with card before booking or in the taxi, they save your details if booking by phone. Would recommend
Have been using Miller's for a year now due to being on crutches. They are consistently on time and everyone from the booking staff to the drivers are extremely polite. No hesitation in recommending Miller's.Service: Limousines
Last minute booking for wheelchair accessible taxi- i needed to get to a garage to pick up my own adapted vehicle. Asif, the driver, was a courteous, friendly man who got us there on time, in challenging motorway conditions. It was a really busy afternoon but he got to us within 15 minutes of the planned booking and apologised. Top bloke. I told him how grateful I was, as I had struggled to find another company at short notice.
