When described where we are we've been asked about the post code which we provided, but apparently it was not in the computer even though one of their drivers brought us there...  And the person on the phone told us that the company is ran by computers not people so they can't take us back home because they didn't recognize the post code.... LOL
!!!!! Anyways the person who was on the phone on Saturday 24 Feb was not too helpful at all! Shame, considering we were using them for a quite some time now....

Thy don't care if you booked taxi for certain times And they just send taxi when ever they want and also when taxi come the driver chooses the most distance for extra money

Used last night after I got a bit too drunk. Good service, driver made sure I got home alright. Reasonably priced.

Was genuinely worried as it was the first time I'd needed to rely regularly on a taxi service since being paralysed, and the first couple I tried were of little use. Absolutely stellar service from this service though - taxis arrived on time when I booked to go out, and within ten minutes when I called to get a lift home. Drivers would get out and hover nearby in case I needed assistance getting in, helped with seatbelts, showed concern about leg room, and the vehicles were always spotless and accessible (with no extra charge if they had to send out a minibus or something ridiculous.)
