Poor service, taxi arrived fast but was double booked due to the worst booking system not sending confirmation of any kind. Completely understandable situation, however the driver was UNBELIEVABLY rude. I wouldn't dream of saying what he said to a paying customer, absolute joke of a company.

Pre booked a taxi on the app for my wife to pick her up from her Christmas Do she phoned them after they was 20 mins late to only be told they had no taxis and they wasn’t going to come for her and hung up on her leaving me to get the kids up and go and collect her. Used to use these and recommend them but not now.

Pre booked on app for 1am New Years and received sms confirmation. Did not turn up and couldn’t call them kept getting recorded message. Waited 45 mins and booked a rival firm who did turn up. Will never use Max cabs again

Absolute joke booked day before for first baby scan completely let us down rang several times told 5 10 mins everytime and never showed thanks

Telephone booking was straight forward, driver was on time in a decent vehicle. Manchester airport run cost £70 one way for 8 seater.  I got an sms to confirm booking and phone call couple of hours before pickup. 4 stars as driver was not aware that we had luggage although it was made clear at the time of booking and I had to listened to his story all the way that his vehicle is not 'designed' for luggage and needed to charge me extra.

Worst taxi company ever. Prebooked but didn’t show up. Owner is very rude. Worst company. Worst customer service. Avoid!

Awful taxi service, if I could rate it a zero I would. The taxis are consistently late even if you book in advance. The app is completely useless, the car which had the reg plate given to us on the app never showed and I couldn’t  even use the maps to track the taxi on the app either. Don’t trust the precise time on the app, we waited nearly a whole hour for the taxi to turn up. The phone operator lied to us that the taxi had already been even though we was stood outside waiting for it the whole time keeping an eye out for it.

Avoid at all costs, most unreliable taxi in Blackburn. Tried to use them twice. First time was left waiting over 50 minutes and eventually cancelled and used someone else. Second time waiting over 30 minutes. When I called they said driver had to take another job so didn’t turn up. Used another taxi. Cheap quotes but never show up!

Absolutely shocking. Missed my plane because of these cowboys not turning up for my airport taxi!! Waited 45 mins where I was told repeatedly lies feo. Them . Aviod they ate a scam and cowboy company.Service:&nbsp;Limousines

Absolute joke of a taxi service. Rang a taxi at 9pm, was told half an hour which I thought was fair enough with it being a Friday night and Ramadan. After 40 minutes I rang and they said they will be 5 mins. I waited another 15 mins and rang back and told me a few minutes. I rang again after waiting another 10 minutes and they told me the driver must have missed Me, eventhough I was waiting outside for the taxi!!! So the driver just didn't bother to turn up. They said they will send another. I ordered another taxi from UK which turned up in less than 10 minutes. Never ever order max cabs, order UK.
