If i coulr give 0 stars... i would. 1 is too high. Eagle taxis are more professional. Honestly triple a is probably the worst taxi company in preston. Rude person over the phone, would not let me book taxi from their base, when I have done this before. Secondly, would love to share a lovely experience with one of their drivers. Booked taxi for 2 mins after my train arrived in preston. For 7.30pm. The driver comes 20 past early calls me asking where I am in a rude tone. Even after I explained to him the booking time, he keeps calling and leaves at 28 past.. ended being late to my appointment. Eagle taxis is more professional and cheaper
They over charge me and left me with no money at all rang up nothing was done about the driver not happy with this company
Driver 174 was excellent. Very safe driver and friendly. Hope to get him again next time I use AAA!
App easy to use. Used on 3 occasions when visiting and every time they were on time with friendly drivers. App really easy to use.
Charge £20.00 for a 13 minute journey. Rang HQ and told because it was outside of 'Preston Borough' that its a fixed price. Other car firms in the area charge £5.00 to £8.00. I'll think twice about ever booking with this company. Just checked and both the hotel and the destination are within Preston Borough..... Nice try AAA
AAA taxis is a good firm, you don't have to wait too long for a cab.
My stranded 14 year old has just paid £15 to get up home. 2 miles down the road.
First time using aaa for a return journey to the airport and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Had a text when the car was on their way and they were perfectly on time . Lovely drivers on both trips and even when delayed flight yesterday the driver collecting was kind and patient and waited for us. Thank you for making it stress free! Many thanks Steph and Mike
Ordered a taxi for 10pm Christmas Day, to take my Dad and sister back to Blackpool, driver turned up on the sot, lovely guy, great service
I asked the driver to slow down as I had young children in the car, he said he wasn't going fast, I didn't agree, neither did his speedometer. Really rude.
