Amazing & very helpful staff.nI left some of my luggage on the train after I came off. I reported it to one of the attendants. She's immediately rang the next train stop Blackpool about it. It was returned back to me within a hour .nnThank you so much

A wonderful train station with lots to offer. I can spend a whole day here because there’s so much to do. Take a seat outside Starbucks and Voula will bring you a glorious beverage of your choosing. Then you can make your way to the gourmet counter for a delicious pre packed sandwich, make sure to order them quickly! Everything is perfect here. However, the main event has to be the toilets. There’s so clean I could take a dump here. Best station in Preston!
Left some very sentimental jewellery on the train and Jodie the customer service staff member for avanti was amazing, managed to get staff member to check the train at another station and my stuff got returned by the next morning, thank you so much! Best customer service
