Absolutely Awful Experience. The lights were basically off, with a few extremely dim red lights. Managed to order on the app, this being the only way because the menus weren't visible in such bad lighting; The same app which automatically adds a mandatory service charge which is borderline criminal since the service recieved was short, rude and not at all attentive. The Waiting staff never checked on us at all during our meal and when tried to speak to them regarding the awful experience they just blanked us completely and the food was delivered in such a manner that it was basically thrown at us. The food was even worse than the service. The toppings were the only thing keeping the cold fries warm and the 'monkey fingers' which sounded delicious on the menu were just lumps of sour, depthless balls of batter with a few of them being completely devoid of chicken and the others having the absolute bare minimum.
It’s a really lovely spot, the food and drinks were very scrumptious. The bowling and ice skating area is quaint and cute, while maintaining the functionality of things. Ordering through their online menu sometimes gets delayed if there are many customers, however usually very precise and nice. Thank you.
One of my favourite wings and burger place finally opens in Notting hill near Queensway underground station. This is also treat for your hungry stomach for flavour and spices. Burgers come with amazing choices of cheese and sauces and my favourite is buffalo chicken burger and buffalo chicken wings as they are the best. Fries are amazing and also mac and cheese is served in a very different style. This is much nice and clean place in london compared to one behind Selfridges. Has a bowling alley too next to it. Fun place
Great burgers. I went for a quadruple patty and four layers of cheese. It’s a little loud inside because there is a bowling alley but overall the service is great and the burgers are delicious. Order the chili fries and get some fried pickles.
I went there for lunch and the staff was not friendly at all. It seems they were very bored and had no patience to even explain the menu. I ended up ordering a burger which was good, very juicy. There was a deal meal for £10.95. The waiter didn’t mentioned that the beverage wasn’t included. Total bill came £16.50 w/ a zero coke included. There was an “optional” 2 pounds included. £1 for the service and another optional £1 for some type of donation. If it’s optional we should have the choice to chose if you want to give it or not. The waiter just pointed the machine not letting me see the full amount. When I asked about the extra charge the waiter seemed angry and with no patience. Def not coming back for the branch in Queensway!
A place our son wanted to visit. We went for a meal but couldn't get a slot for either the ice skating or 10 pin bowling. Anyway, I ordered the spicy burger with 2 side, which was a mistake as there was soo much food that I couldn't finish. The burger was lovely, juicy and flavourful, coleslaw crunchy and hash browns filling. Again, a bit pricey, but this is Central London, so is to be expected. Nice!
Food was up to usual standard - really tasty. Sadly, the service really let them down. We were there this Tuesday and major concerns about the attitude and energy of the front of house staff. Not an ounce of friendliness and had to order more drinks at the bar. First round of pints arrived and a full finger width short on the pint - disappointing for a £6 pint. Server didn’t know the house beers on offer and didn’t seem to care.
The curling was fun and the lighting and atmosphere is great, however I had a plant based burger and they burnt the whole lot and didn't check on us so I'd say unfortunately the food was pretty bad so don't recommend eating here, but just bowling, curling and drinks, it's great for!Food: 1/5
worst chicken I've ever eaten. The drinks came incredibly slow, and the food didn't even come on plates! Just on a paper sheet on a tray. I think I ended up eating more greasy paper than actual food. Completely overpriced do not eat here.
The ice skating was fun and I will be going again at some point for round two plus bowling. HOWEVER, the buffalo wings/blue cheese has turned the inside of my belly into a tornado. Now I’m put off ever eating there ever again.
