Noel was exceptional and patient with the issues i had today. This branch also did their utmost to fit me in as soon as possible too. It was my first experience at the bank but, like they say; You don't get a second chance to make a good first impression.
Unlike other banks, metro bank opened my cash account very quickly in under an hour. The service was swift, and Mr.Umer the one opening my account made me understand more about the bank, and set up my account very speedily. Furthermore, the people in metro bank were very polite. Overall I would 10/10 recommend them to bank with, as they offer services that other banks don't.
Arrived at 9.15 to open 2 accounts for my grandchildren. Was advised I could have an appointment at 12.30. Its first come first served - so by 9.15 there is a 3 hour wait to open an account. Don't think this bank wants my custom - or my grandchildrens. What a waste of my time and petrol!!
Went in today so my daughter could open an account.As she was under 16 I needed to be there.What can I say the service is fantastic,was told there was a 30 minute wait and they would text me when I was next in line. Got my text and from the minute we walked in we got a lovely welcome,we was shown around the bank. The lady who was opening the account for my daughter her name was guppy lovely lady, she was in training and done a brilliant job of explaining everything to my daughter so she would understand.The lady training her was also a lovely lady and we did have a laugh.Very relaxing experience.Thankyou
Came to open business account . Umer in miltonkeynes Metro bank branch delt in fantastic way and made process really fast and easy . V impressive to delt with him especially & seeing other staff . Friendly and cooperative . Service was so good that i opened my another current account here aswel. So For fast opening bank accounts same day , I think this is one of the best bank I will recommend .
Little point joining this bank now. Most of the benefits are now gone. Not open late Not open 7 days a week Expensive safe deposit boxes with a long wait Misleading answerphones on the main number Difficulty finding the local number. Not what I was promised. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE UNTIL THEY REMEMBER WHO THE CLIENT IS !
Being new to the UK, I've been struggling like mad to find a bank which will actually let me have a bank account. I popped into Metro Bank earlier today here in Milton Keynes and I was stunned by the quality of service I received. I was served by Irina who went above and beyond to sort me out with a bank account and just over an hour later I walked away with a debit card in hand and a bank account to start using immediately. Compared to my home country, it's night and day between customer service. Massive thanks to Irina, you really helped me out here today!
Had the best experience possible, the lady that served me, Rosanna I think, was extremely helpful and was not at all pushy. They realised that it was my birthday the day I went in and as I was leaving me they surprised me withf and a cake which was just amazing. The manager came out and spoke to me to see how I got on and he was very friendly and caring about my experience. I don't think a bank could get any better than that.
What good is a bank which is supposed to open at weekends and then ignores its customers when they try to get in touch. I have been trying to open a business account for nearly 8 weeks after complying with their opening requirements. No response received despite multiple calls to their MK business line. I thought you guys were trying to bring a revolution in how banking is done in this country. Not like this you won't...
Went to bank for a credit card and it was rejected by lending team without any valid reason however the banker Leigh Aulsberry who handled my request is brilliant. she tried all her very best to make this application successful.
