8th May waiting for the so called business relationship manager to return my call 3rd April Still waiting for the so called business relationship manager to return my call 13th March Still waiting for my Business relationship manager to return my call, only been 3 weeks ! Spoke to a chap on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful although he couldn't resolve my issue due to the store being very busy, he said that he would pass the problem on to someone else, so see what happens. Unfortunately no one called me back, talk about a business relationship manager, he didn't bother to turn up for my first appointment and he has never bothered to return my calls, looks like there is no revolution of banking going on at Metro Bank, very hit and miss just like all the other banks.

I moved from Barclays bank to these guys for a business account. They were SUPER helpful and quick. I have never seen such great friendly and kind service. I was able to setup a business quickly and they even printed me a business bank card on the spot with pin number within 5mins. I highly recommend them

Overall, pleasant enough experiences and they do try to do some innovative stuff like 7 days opening and the dog-friendly/kid-friendly approach. What I notice reading through the previous feedback is that there only seems to be an engaged response from Metro when client feedback is positive. However when there is less than positive feedback, the response seems to be 'give us a call and we can talk about it'. It might be a good idea to take the initiative to contact the source of the negative feedback directly to understand what might have prompted them to do that in the first place. It's not a good move to lob the ball back to them and expect them to call you explain their experience. Be a little more proactive!
