Can NEVER get through to this branch by phone! Very frustrating!

I find the counter service rather poor. Not enough staff manning the counters. Can't get through via the phone to make a change order, which means I have to make two trips to place a change order and then Collect the next day. I've stood in branch before whilst being serviced, and dialled their number, to witness the ringing phone be totally ignored. Business banking is abysmal in there!

Quickly (literally took a couple of minutes) and trouble-free opened account, very good customer service. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and polite, answered all my questions.
