I have visited this bank for a new account. Staff is very friendly and helps in all possible ways. You can take an appointment and then visit the bank for quick service.

Incredibly slow service! The average wait is about 20 minutes serving 3 staff members for what is a very busy central bank. Improvements are clearly needed.

I opened an account couldn't receive the pin,card etc more than 1 month, don't know why.. They triggered resend process, the same. So if you face up to fundamental problems this branch could not solve.. bear in mind..

Waiting times in this branch are ridiculous, smaller branches in the local area have been closed so this is the only option left. Expect to queue for at least half an hour. There are many cash desks but only ever 3/4 people at a time working.
