Shocking lack of customer service and facilities. The in branch ATM and deposit machines are constantly out of order, with the repeat excuse of a refurbishment due, over the last 6 months. It is normal to see a queue of 10 customers waiting for 1 available cashier. My suggestion:if cashiers computers take 20 minutes to reboot, why can’t staff turn them on 20 minutes before the branch opens???
Appalling!!! Popped in this morning for my wife The queue was nearly out of the door and only two counter staff- another staff member entered the room and said ‘oh god!’! Branch smells musty I don’t blame the staff- they must be stressed to the max Thankfully I bank elsewhere !!
Unbelievably long and slow queues. not enough staff behind the stands. Out of 4 machines only one worked and you will get long queues there too so they were no use either. They need to update their electronics and number of stuff really. Go to another branch if you can.
Closed all 3 local branches I used. Now I have to goto MK central where the queues are out the branch with only 2 cashiers working. The machines only work 1/5 visits. For a retail shop owner the service is appalling and I will be changing banks to one that actually has staff and open branches.
The service is always excellent here, the staff seem to have time to listen to your needs. There is a queue for cash transactions during the lunch hour. Be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes. The longest I have had to wait is 20 minutes. But there are so many ways to bust the queue if you can't do it on the app there is a customer service desk ready to help. Good team.
They totally lost any respect to their customers... Sad.
Expect to spend at least 30 minutes in a line for one, maybe two staff serving and the rest doing nothing but looking busy
Rude unhelpful staff... only to be told 'she's the manager' I drove half an hour and paid for parking which turned out to be a total waste of money. Won't be returning to this branch. This experience has given me the kick I need to change bank.
A very pleasant and friendly customer service. My special thanks to Sally and her lovely colleague, who helped me and my wife to manage our accounts in our specific situation. I can't find the right words how to thank you both. Well done!
