In a word, I rate this company as excellent. A small, family run business which gives good old-fashioned customer service. I have been a customer for about 14 years and have bought 3 motorhomes and 2 caravans from then during that time, as well as returning for annual servicing. I have always gone back to them when I wanted to change or upgrade, because Mike and Charlie make you feel like one of the family. Honest, fair, genuine, trustworthy and friendly are just a few words that are well deserved – and I am not a person to give praise lightly! No pushy sales pitch here and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's an interesting little place that doesn't look like much from the outside and is a bit out of the way, but it's worth the trip! Their customer service is fantastic. John was able to replace my bathroom tap in a tight spot despite the foreign setup, and Mike went out of his way to find where I could get a spare part from a different company because they didn't stock it. Great customer service!

Great service from Mike and Charlie bought our first motorhome her red and the y count do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them a and a always greedy to help

We recently bought a second-hand Hymer from Meridian and couldn’t be happier with the service that we have received from Mike and the team. It’s our first ever motorhome and they couldn’t have been more patient and kind during the buying process (with no sales pressure at all) and when we picked it up, explaining everything we needed to know before embarking on our adventure. We’ve been made to feel incredibly welcome and have complete trust that we are in the best of hands. And the no quibble guarantee is just that – when we had an issue with the car battery (of our own making!) Mike sorted it for us straight away, going above and beyond to resolve it. We had a new battery delivered to our doorstep the next day at no cost to us – amazing! Buy from these guys, we promise you won’t regret it. Honest, friendly, lovely people.
