Fantastic customer service. The owner even opened on Christmas Day for a customer to pick up a parcel. Amazing!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Staff will humiliate you, whisper between each other about you in front you. I suggest you use to another post office if you want good service. We are living in hard times isolated from others the last thing you need is poor service when you do come across other people.
Staff member/owner? unhelpful and openly aggressive in front of the whole shop. Unwilling to accept they could possibly be at fault. Far better customer service in Shawlands.
Staff always very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Unreasonably snippy staff, who are reluctant to let you ask reasonable postage questions.
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There's one specific worker who manages to find a problem with my parcel every time I go in - when there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. The shop's a joke, would not recommend.
