Amazing costumer service, very helpful with the car finance, and making everything easy and smoth in couple of days I got a fabulous car that we were looking for long. Very recommended  place to visit if you looking for a great car.

Carefully everyone don’t buy anything from these people. They are dodgy cowboys. They play with you to waste your time for three month for finish your warranty. We have wasted 13000 and Hyundai company can’t fix it either because they can’t find problem they don’t know what they have done with car. I helped for my friend to buy car from them and we had really bad experience and I have all proof and I’m going to take them in court soon and I recommend don’t buy anything from them please go with another Garage for buy

We purchased a one owner, full service history, low mileage 2012 Mercedes SLK , at a fair price. The Company is more like a car supermarket than a main dealer. However we got honest straight forward treatment , good advice and an excellent car. The car showed an ABS fault the day after we had it. As advised we returned and a new wheel sensor was fitted immediately. The coffee's we were offered were  better than i got when i bought my new Volvo from a main dealer! They were all busy, but they had time for a little chat as and when they could. I have retired ,however, my company  motto was :- A good deal is only ever a good deal when everyone in the deal gets one! we got one - i did not quibble the reasonable price - so i hope they also got one. Based on my experience i can recommend this company as a way of getting a decent car at a fair price

We've had the best experience with this dealership. The car was in excellent condition prepared for the viewing and test drive. The finance was done in no time, quick and hassle free thanks to the boss Samir. He went above and beyond to get our chosen car for us. We would like to recommend this dealership for their customer service, for their range of cars, for the cleanliness of the premises etc.

Purchased a vehicle from Wembley Prestige and can honestly say its has been a good experience and professional service from purchase to delivery. Elias has been very supportive and professional throughout, even calling after my delivery of the vehicle to make sure all was OK and I was happy with the purchase. A pleasant experience and a great car. Would not hesitate using this company again in the future.

Going with the google reviews, I bought a low mileage car in good condition from  Wembley Prestige cars. Elias tall, humorous & handsome, Ali and Sam were all helpful. They offered me a test drive.  They did not put pressure to buy the car, wanted me to be completely sure & satisfied with the deal. I have told them that I'll update my review in case if I find any issues with the car and they are not able to fix under warranty for the first 3 months of the purchase. They have assured that I can go back to them in case I find any major issues. Some reviews appreciated the nice coffee they serve which I missed, I'll go at some point to have it. :-  Even though they are called Wembley, they are based in Bushey. They told me that they didn't change the name as they have a good reputation and experience in selling cars for more than 15 years under this name and that's why they didn't change it, which is fair.

I bought a BMW 420I M Sport from these guys at a good price and I absolutely love this car. Prompt delivery to my home address. The gentleman who work at the dealership are very polite and professional to deal with!

Really bad experience. Traveled through the whole UK just to buy a car which displayed signs of issues first day when we arrived back home. Couldn't drop it back since we weren't sure the car can make the whole way back so - had to spend next few months solving if through authorized garage which haven't managed to find the issue even after 5 months.. suggestion was to contact the seller as car appeared to be in bump previously. Overall - seller has tried helping through the warranty however all fixes led to nothing and some of them had to be paid by us which I find unprofessional considering the car had this problem from the start.. it also wasn't cheap purchase and from experience I cannot recommend. Don't need to probably mention the approach of young guy - representative, who was behaving arrogant .. From May, when we bought the car, it spend approximately 1 week on the road driving and testing - for the rest of time was parking and waiting for new appointments in garage .. If you don't want to see your future so desperate, don't buy anything from there, please. It's my advice. I learned big lesson. Still going through it ...

Wow , A nice gentleman to the office  The process to buy the car was like walk in-walk out . Very happy to help me and a lot of things to talk about with him. And the main think is : he didn't let me go until he serviced the car again  with me there to see evening. A place where if you walk in ,definitely you will find a nice car for your self's wishes.
