Me and my hubby had dinner here. Absolutely enjoyed the food. Great service. The waitresses are so friendly and welcoming. Next time, we want to try their bar.Food: 5/5
Laylow is multifaceted to say the least, it’s a hip Mexican themed restaurant that also doubles as a nightclub. Laylow offers a variety of well prepared cocktails and pretty Mexican eats, especially for London. I would have prepared a bit larger serving sizes for the tacos but overall, I left pleased. Most notably, the aesthetic, decor, and mood are perfect for a quality date night atmosphere.
Really great food and cocktails in a nice setting. Good service throughout the meal and a really nice ambience. Never had to wait long for drinks and all of the food was really tasty. Especially loved Le Big Steak and the Iberico pork. Loved the decor of this place too!
Attended a private party at the venue downstairs. I love clubs, happy with the heat, but it was ridiculously hot. I asked the staff if they could take some action like air conditioning, but I didn't get a response, so we left after an hour. Having driven for 2 hours to get there I was more than disappointed.Atmosphere: 1/5
Very Overpriced! Just eaten here. Feel like I’ve been fleeced! Food is ok, portions were small. Two of us had a starter that we shared, two main courses, one of the cheaper bottles of wine and a gin and tonic. It cost £160. It does have a good vibe and the service was good but ridiculous prices. We live in Chelsea so we’re are used to expensive meals but tonight was ridiculous.
Great food and incredible Margaritas a sexy, opulent atmosphere and crowd. Music and service immaculate. The perfect place for a date night or a dinner with friends. Head to the club afterwards to dance the night away!
Love this local. Fabulous tasty fresh food with welcoming service. And bonus the live music and DJ gigs. Lots of fresh music talent
Went for a work reunion. DJ was a bit unpopular. So we got one of our crew to take over. Much better!! Only snacks not proper dinner available I went to the loo and waitress cleared up the rest of my food that I did want.
Totally amazing places, the food was delicious order salmon I never tadte it like this before super yummy thank you. Friendly staff and great service
If you're at Paddington or Little Venice this charming restaurant is an ideal lunch destination that will involve a bracing walk along the Grand Union canal. It's an exceptional restaurant that adds a dash of style and class to an area that seems a bit down-at-heel or "up and coming". The people working here are so much more friendly than most people working in most restaurants, and the food is great too. They have interesting things going on in the evenings but I missed them as I came for lunch. They have a good eye for detail, for example the water glasses are nicely shaped and wafer thin. Portions are small but the taste of muy meal was incredible. I had battered hake which was deep fried and delicious, with a sauce with fresh split peas. Perfect. The only lapse was when the uber-friendly waiter said, when I was ordering, that the fish dish is rather like fish and chips. The idea of a polystrene box full of greasy chips was so inaccurate and he wsa way of the mark.
