A nice clean and tidy station with a Sainsbury. There are no lifts to footbridge but a ramp instead. There’s steam train experience from this station as well. EMR trains from platform 1. Good views on your way because it’s Peak District.
Nice station with mainline and heritage trains
Beautiful place
I this a historical steam railway and a real station! Amazing.nn20mins each way on the steam train.. Recommend starting at this Rowsley south station and going to Matlock n back. You can wander round the shops get coffee and then head back on the train. ! Choo Choo!nSteam one end and diesel the other. No complaints.nReally good fun especially if you like trains.. for £8.50 per adult.
