Such a lovely place. Very authentic Irish pub feels being a store and a bar together. Has lovely Irish trad music during the week with amazing burger place in the basement. The place is all full with good people and good craic!
Just off Grafton Street. This is a relatively new bar perhaps in last 10 years or so but they have created it in the style of an old fashioned Irish rural bar where pubs were also shops. Friendly staff.
You have to love a place that has a snug or three! Laid-back friendly staff, decent service in eclectic, low maintenance venue. Good Guinness. Burgers are ok but a bit odd thin bread rolls and processed cheese served in tin foil on plastic tray but ok to line the stomach between pints. A few tourists outside, mostly locals seated inside. I killed a couple of Guinness on the pavement seating. Slainte!
Great little spot with a bar and wow burger built in. Great for a casual night with friends and if you want some cheap, fast food. Downstairs they have a diner area with a 50's aesthetic but there's also a more "traditional" pub section. They also have board games and chess boards that are free for tables to use.
Atmosphere was awesome, they had a great cover band playing Nirvana acoustic. So good. The staff was friendly and the burgers downstairs were bangin. Will come back for sure
This bar is a must if you visit Dublin City. It is on a side street at Brown Thomas. Small quaint bar where you will meet great bar staff who serve great Guinness ,Irish Coffee as well as most of the alcohol beverages you might like to try. You will observe boxes of nails ,screws , and other hardware products. There are also jars of sweets, bars etc that we would have had in our younger years. Wow burger is down stairs if you fancy food with your drink. Good banter with the passing trade. It is always a busy spot but you will always get a seat as patrons come and go. Only disappointment for me was they don't stock bacardi ,which is my favourite tipple!!!.
Lovely little place for a pint footsteps away from the bustle of Grafton Street. Downstairs is exceptional for a meeting place and wow burgers. Lots of room downstairs and cosy and intimate upstairs. Definitely worth a visit.
Beautiful little pub in the heart of Dublin City. Strangely quiet considering its location but all the better for it. Friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere, great spot for a pint or three. It has food too, Wowburger downstairs!
It's a great bar to drink in. Great atmosphere and character. I love it's character. Lovely pint of Guinness..... and a lovely burger bar downstairs and again a lovely set up and atmosphere. This bar offers a drink in a fabulous set up and most definitely worth visiting.
Good pint here. Real Irish whiskey. Lots of tourists, but it's still nice and warm with an attempt to make it an old style shop pub. Had live music too. A welcome relief from outside
