Very educational with just the right amount of in-depth training. Chris Ward was the instructor. Very professional but at the same time relaxed attitude to instruction. Enjoyed the 4 day course and gained a lot of insight and lessons I will carry forward to utilise with my future forklift operations. Thank you to all at GTG. Highly recommended.
Brilliant course. Our instructor Chris was brilliant in helping us feel comfortable and capable of driving the forklift. Was friendly and a good laugh. Was very helpful in helping us correct any mistakes or issues we came across and helped build our confidence in leading up to the test. Would highly recommend and thank Chris for everything.
Chris came down to Howdens Castle Douglas for Counterbalance forklift course.nExcellent course, one of few courses that I've actually enjoyed. Friendly tuition, informative and professional. Would highly recommend A+++++
Chris, our course instructor, deserves a solid 5-star rating! He is incredibly professional and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in class that made me feel comfortable and eager to learn. Despite my limited English proficiency, Chris took great care to explain everything clearly using simple words, showing immense patience throughout. He also knew how to lighten the mood with appropriate humor, balancing seriousness with a friendly approach. During the exam, I was really nervous, but Chris kept encouraging me to relax and gave me the confidence I needed, which helped me pass successfully! This was a perfect 100 out of 100 experience for me at GTG Training, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you, Chris!
