Lovely little place close to summertown and all its restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and clean and the kitchenette is a lovely addition! Breakfast is actually bought to your room in the morning which was nice and there's a little table in the room to eat at. Overall a really nice place and would highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely room with everything you could need at a reasonable price. Very clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast ordered the night before and brought to the room. Bus stop just outside to go into the city centre. Short walk to Summertown for food and drinks. Both the pub and the Italian restaurant were friendly and the food was fab.

My wife and I did not enjoy our stay here. We would not stay here again. We paid over£100 for one night but in spite of it being labelled a b&b, breakfast is an extra £5 each, payable on arrival. There is no dining room, breakfast is served to your room. This was done by a young woman wearing a hoody with the hood up covering most of her face!Quite unsettling, but maybe you have to see it to understand. The room was large but very dated. I feel that this hotel caters mainly for people on courses or traveling business people. It felt very impersonal, like a motel. For the money I feel we could have done much better.

Five stars for what it is - a very nice b&b providing good value for money. Spacious, clean and modern rooms including ensuite. Parking available. Overall if needing a place to stay in summertown oxford then you'll be pleasantly surprised.
