What a welcoming hotel with very warm owners and staff. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with good quality furnishings and lighting. A lovely continental and English breakfast is served in a spacious and delightful breakfast room that has something to cater for all palates. The hotel is very easy to find and conveniently placed for the bus routes or a pleasant 25 minute walk into Oxford. Equally there are many local restaurants and amenities a 2 minute walk away in Summertown. The free car parking is another bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. I loved the big eating area with the views of the garden. All staff were super friendly and attentive

Passive aggressive manager who accuses you of fraud for booking errors (system, human or otherwise) to your face and by email. Their lack of customer service skills have ruined our weekend visit. Be very cautious when booking a stay here, these people may be monopolising on system errors to get extra cash out of you. Also, the hotel location is a good 30 mins walk, to the city centre at a good pace.

A lovely hotel very close to the city centre, at very reasonable prices for what you get for your money. The owners are some of the nicest people I've met & really care about their guests. It's so refreshing using a family ran hotel rather than one of those chains. Thank you for the lovely weekend it made the weekend away very relaxing.

Wonderful and friendly hotel, modern bedrooms - and modern very comfy beds. Blackout curtains too. Maybe the best breakfast available anywhere, in a light and airy conservatory. Convenient location for a quick stroll into Oxford centre.
