I am speechless about the basic equipment.... Although the room looks good, I only can take a shower by using cold water. No one could help me keep my luggage so I have to travel around Oxford with my luggage.

One of my worst ever experiences! Truly disgraceful and irresponsible how they continue to serve people who are clearly wasted. Having had one such individual vomit down my back, the bar staff failed to do anything to either, apologise, or remove said drunk idiot. I asked 4 times at the bar for them to get rid of him, but he just kept walking back in. No door staff were on duty during Arsenal Liverpool in a busy bar. Truly awful, avoid like the plague.

Horrible Staff , they have empty bar as I say Empty I mean it ! Have have nothing in stock , rude stuff putting loud music next to our table we couldn’t talk no people enjoying the music Bcos everyone are sitting and watching football. Only bar stuff dancing behind the bar with their music . What a behaviour!!!! Well done Zero customer service. We change the table . Never be back here ever!!!!

The location of this property is very central Rooms were not cleaned, the heating solution was a 2000W door heater bolted to the wall, the door to the property was broken when I arrived, which to be fair was quickly fixed. The electric shower broke and would not switch off, luckily I could wait until there were some staff in the bar that I could alert to the problem. I was given a room at the top of 4 staircases and I had heavy bags. It's expensive for what it is, but I think accommodation in Oxford is just inherently expensive sadly..
