A really great little hotel, ideal for visiting Oxford. The room was pleasant, spacious, and well equipped, and the small size of the hotel meant that service was extremely personal and warm. The room had everything we needed, and was well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite bathroom, although of a slightly unusual layout, was well appointed. The only unusual thing was that the bathroom door and part of the bathroom wall were glass - whilst this was not a problem for us it meant that bathroom privacy was somewhat limited. We had breakfast and this too was excellent. The service was extremely fast and friendly, and the food was delicious and well cooked. The choice of breakfast was also excellent. The Burlington House is also really well located. It's close to the centre, only a short walk or bus ride away, whilst being far enough up the Banbury Road to feel slightly more peaceful and relaxing amongst the leafy green suburbs. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay, and would definitely consider it again on my next visit.

Fabulous place to stay. Top quality rooms, excellent and friendly staff, lovely food. Perfect location for visiting Oxford with excellent access to public transport for getting about.

The service and amenities here are absolutely exemplary. From the heated floors and towel warmers to the immense water pressure from the luxurious spa-esque bathroom, this room was appointed far better than comparable 5 star hotels closer to the center of oxford. Room was clean, fabulously decorated and quiet and the owners are extremely friendly and accommodating to any request. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A nice cozy place to stay. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are absolutely awesome. This gets 5 stars mainly for hospitality, locality, food, service and for many more reasons...
