Visited our noisy neighbour’s stadium and store with a friend who was visiting from abroad. This is my second time of visiting the stadium since 2014. The stadium is exterior is arguably beautiful and better than OT as it’s modern and built more recently. The store is a story building and they have loads of items that can be bought as souvenir for both kids and adults. I wasn’t interested in the museum tour because it would have been very difficult to see all those trophies recently won by our city rival.
The Manchester City store is awesome! They've got a fantastic collection of merchandise for every City fan out there. The variety of jerseys, scarves, and accessories is impressive. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside might be the prices, which can get a bit steep, but you'll definitely find some cool stuff to show off your love for the club. Overall, it's a must-visit for any Manchester City supporter!
Fantastic supporter store with any Manchester City merchs you can imagine. Printing of any of the players name and number on any of the kits, both home kit, away kit and 3rd kit. The store is over two floors. The service is superb, with staff helping you out everywhere. Just a few seconds of walking to the Etihad stadium, right next to the Colin Bell entrance.nnPro tip: If you go on any of the stadium tours, you get a 10% discount voucher for that day in the store if you have already bought your stuff before the tour, you will also get the 10% off if you go back to the store and present your stadium tour badge.
Usually a place to visit especially on match days,sale on at the moment, but i have to say, even sale prices arn't the cheapest.nAlways plenty of stock on display,be early as big queues,otherwise go on a week day.
Made a £170 order for birthday presents to pick up from this store, 48 hours later the full order was cancelled due to a £6 notepad not being in stock, massively let down and won’t receive a refund for 5-10 working days, awful system and I can’t help but feel totally let down. There’s no customer service in place to even see if the rest of the items are in store, incredibly disappointing. Estimated 3 days to get a reply from the club shop and there’s no number for the store to check stock.
