Very nice mothers day dinner here. A good variety to choose from for mothers day special. They had an amazing buffet spread for starters such a cold meats, cheeses and breads. Main of roast beef was lovely but gravy a little too over flavoured. Mum got a lovely gift from them also!

Very well located hotel in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast close to all the attractions and the City Centre itself a short walk away. Front entrance of the hotel itself is located on the main road but needs slightly more signposted. Front reception is welcoming but just not as noticeable straight away where the reception desk is. Rooms of a good size well-equipped and adequate for any length of time stay. The hotel also has a very nice bar and restaurant area for to dine and drink on the nights that it's to cold or wet to go out. Sadly the room I was in did not have a great view so not sure what the views from the other rooms are like, but where it's located there wouldn't be any fantastic views anyway. The hotel is located almost right beside the Albert Clock one of Belfast most iconic attractions round the corner from that you have the big fish. It is also very well located if you're going to a concert in the Custom House Square as this is just around the corner from the hotel itself good one to remember.

Fantastic stay funky decor and some nice touches. We stayed here for one night for our anniversary, not living to far away we didn't think it would feel like much of a holiday but we where pleasantly surprised. A free upgrade to a bigger room plenty of free amenities in the room and a bed I could have got lost in. One thing we didn't like was the mini bar chocolates nut and wine set out on full view so if you came back a little worse for ware you could run up a massive cost of around 50 to 80 pounds very quickly. We had forgoton to say in our booking about feather pillows and duvet as we are both allergic, but a quick pop down to reception and it was changed just like that. Great staff in the restaurant, bar and reception. And one.more thing parking in the high park. The office is not easy to find from the side entrance go to the main one where the cars go in through the door on the right hand side and bingo it's right there.

Stunning hotel, the decor throughout the hotel is really nice. Had food in the restaurant and it was some of the best food I've ever had. If you ever get the chance i would highly recommend a stay or even a meal here.

Absolutely dreadful. Had our staff Christmas lunch here in December 2017. I am far from a picky eater but this was appalling, putting aside that after we had sat in one of our three tables we were told to move to another table the food was horrendous. Plates were cold, the steak for main for example was about 70% fat leaving around 3 forks of actual meat. I think I was the only one of our party of nearly 30 who made the decision of eating my chocolate desert and regretted it for hours after. One of the staff members also dropped a plate of roast potatoes as was about to serve one of our tables. These were never replaced. The only positive I can offer is the fantastic drinks promo on bottles of Heineken. I will never ever set foot in this place again, overpriced, pleasant but poor staffing, nothing exciting about the place at all. Dire!
