Great stay in good location. The room was lovely and staff very efficient and friendly. One word of warning.. Watch your drinks as staff are over zealous in clearing the tables, ours were lifted twice when we went for a smoke and out to dance. However, when I complained, they were replaced. Overall very good experience and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights, very central. Staff are so friendly. Our bedroom was very stylish and the Beds are so comfy. The hotel had lovely little touches to make you feel welcome. I would definitely stay again.

Have never spent a full night out here as there has always been unknown reasons for the door men to ask us to leave. This is the 3rd time we have had an encounter with them. Although we thoroughly enjoy coming here from Bangor on a Sunday esp because of live music and great drink promotions. I have stayed overnight before, rooms were great and food was amazing but I was just about allowed back in after I went to get food at the end of the night. Have also been here a few Christmas' for dinner, again, great food but after Sunday past I'm afraid I will not be back..

I absolutely love this place the drinks are cheap, the cocktails are lovely, the music is great. The customer's are down to earth and everyone has a great time. I have been in following from the day time in very much casual wear (converse, jeans and shirt) nobody looks down on you, everyone has fun nobody cares. It is known for a few fights but they have by far the best security I have seen in Belfast they have things under control before it starts or seconds after. This is my favorite place. Literally everybody, every race is very welcome. There can be queues on Saturdays due to food and drinks promotions :( lol.

Beautiful, comfy beds. Having a tea kettle in the room was clutch. The bar on the ground floor was fun! Staff was super friendly. Location is prime.
