The hotel staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was very clean. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. I thought the location was great as there was so much to see and do within walking distance. We asked about a tour of the city and they had a touring taxi there for us in less than an hour. I would stay here again when visiting Belfast.

Great for a night stop off! Stayed here for a gig I normally stay in city centre, but was surprised, lovely room. Comfortable bed. 
Strong wifi. 
The walls are paper thin tho, could hear a guy on the phone in the other room! Didn't really bother me tho! Downstairs they've an ice machine which is pretty cool and the hotel supply you with accessories you might have forgotten! Lovely staff. Would stay again if it was reasonable!

What a nice wake up, with drills at 7:50 in the adjacent room. It's seems they're building an extension, and it's really important to start very early for some reason...
Then a shower to wake up thoroughly, it's a shame that the shampoo/body wash dispenser was empty, it made me grumpy.
Breakfast is average, coffee and orange juice are awful (but that's common). The croissant were quite hard though, like already displayed the day before, and that's not common.
Oh, and they also took the full payment of my room before checkout by "mistake". I was lucky I didn't want to use another card to pay.

For the same price, the IBIS down the road looks nicer and already refurbished (and closer to university). I'll try this one next time.

Terrible stay. You  need to bring a crowbar to pry a smile out of some of the staff who obviously cant speak either!! However the staff that did speak were great and helpful. The area ,unfortunately like most of Belfast, is now full of users. Not a great area for a visit. Youd be better of in the city centre. Also, outside in the alleyway into the hotel there was some bollards and some point, they have been removed but the base has been left bolted into the ground making a nasty  trip hazard. Just saying. Great potential, seems to be badly run by its managers

Stayed here for a weekend away and would definitely use the place again. Free parking for guests which was very handy. Arrived around noon and room was ready, check in was really quick. Rooms are undergoing an upgrade at the minute, we had an older room but it was fine, clean and spacious. Staff were excellent, anything I asked for they supplied. Location is good, just around the corner from lots of places to eat and the area isn't noisy at night so we could get a great sleep. Lastly the breakfast included and is decent, full fry available, some pastries, fruit, cereals and yogurt. Not even for the price I have to say I was impressed I was impressed full stop.
