Situated in the centre of Belfast’s lively Queen’s University Quarter, this 3-star Belfast hotel is within 2 minutes of the many restaurants, bars and cafes of popular Botanic Avenue and the historic Queens University Belfast. It's a slightly off central area so quieter but near a bus route from the central station which meant it's only a very short walk under 2 minutesnnThe reception area has a large bar and seating area that was filled with various groups, but we didn't use the facitilies.nnThe room itself was quiet, and had a comfortable bed and cover. The bathroom was good, and the shower warm but not great for pressure.nnThe breakfast had a wide selection, and tasted good but it was very busy.nnThe location does seem a bit rough around the edges
I don't normally rate chain hotels, but this one stood out. Between the great room, bed, and bathroom, there was also an enormous well-stocked breakfast buffet included with our stay. Well worth the price!
Great experience here - everywhere was fresh and clean, the breakfast is fantastic, all of the staff are friendly and helpful - they are a great bunch of staff who the management should be proud of! Location is ideal, as it's only about a 10 minute walk to the end of the road where there are a variety of restaurants, and bus stops. It was good to be in a quiet area, and yet still relatively close to the city centre! I would stay here again if I were to visit Belfast again.
I lived in Belfast for two years, visited thereafter plenty of times. I recently stayed here and found this place excellent for its price. Its location is great - you can get to a million restaurants within a five-minute walk. The service was outstanding, the free breakfast was very fresh, ample and the coffee was great. I highly recommend!
Booked a different room at the rear of the hotel and it was well worth it. Excellent air conditioning and great facilities. Brilliant fresh choice at breakfast and good evening menu. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Really friendly without exception. Very good value. Highly recommended.
